My package arrives late

Are you sure it's late? Delivery times are based on business days. Courier services are not available on weekends, holidays, and public holidays.

How can I change my delivery address?

To change the delivery address, please contact the courier service.

  • IMPORTANT: Please enter your email address and phone number correctly when placing your order.
  • Before delivery, the courier will notify you by email of the expected delivery time.
  • Contact the messaging service using one of the contact details provided in the message.

Can I open the package before receiving it?

  • You cannot unpack the package before receiving it.
  • If you are unsure of the package contents, if the packaging is damaged, or if you have ordered fragile items, please record a video of the unpacking process to clearly show the items.
  • In the event of damage or missing items, the claim will be forwarded to the courier service, and recording can expedite the assessment and help ensure a successful process.

What happens if I reject the package?

  • The package will be returned to us.
  • If you paid in advance, we will initiate the refund with the relevant service provider.
  • In accordance with the law, we will refund you the amount less shipping costs.
  • If the courier service charges an additional fee for the return, we will also charge the customer that amount, in accordance with the law.
