Stella is passionate about the sport, which is also reflected in the fact that, despite his position as team principal of a rival team, he was enthusiastically watching Lewis Hamilton's first steps at Ferrari:
“As a spectator, I followed the events and I can safely say that I think it was a truly great debut for Lewis. I consider myself a Formula 1 fan, having worked for Scuderia Ferrari for a long time, so I can't deny it; I followed the events with excitement. It was sporting history at its finest, as a seven-time world champion joins the team with the greatest traditions in F1.”
It's an incredible story, but there's another aspect that Lewis and Ferrari know very well. In the end, only what happens on the track will count, and they are our rivals. We respect them, we enthusiastically follow their work together, but we only want one thing: to make their lives as difficult as possible and then beat them. There's no doubt, with the greatest respect, but we're going to break Ferrari's enthusiasm!" declared Andrea Stella with great respect, but even more motivation.
