Williams has unveiled its 2025 car, and Andrea Kimi Antonelli has put his first mileage into the 2025 Mercedes in Spain.
It's important to prepare, because even though Antonelli could be the rookie with the most kilometers in history (almost 30 races, with over 9,000 km logged, according to his team boss), he hasn't looked very convincing so far. In the private test, they used Mercedes' 2020 W11, with camouflage, and the fact that they have a lot of faith in Antonelli is reflected in the fact that he could be the first rookie driver on the team since 2010.
The team sees him as a future world champion, despite the fact that he severely damaged his Mercedes during his "debut" in the first practice session of the Italian Grand Prix. Since then, he has driven the current race car again in Mexico and has also taken to the track in Abu Dhabi.
