So far it's all about Hamilton, Leclerc is almost invisible...

Hasta ahora todo es sobre Hamilton, Leclerc es casi invisible...

Tóth Krisztián Márk |

At least that's how they behave at Scuderia Ferrari, as if Lewis Hamilton had won seven world championships with them and was now preparing for an eighth. Meanwhile, there's a rookie on the team, a certain Charles Leclerc...

However, the situation is exactly the opposite: at Ferrari, Hamilton is the rookie, while Leclerc is the "veteran," and it's not at all clear that the now overrated world champion can keep up with him. Furthermore, it's a bit awkward that the social media of one of the world's most well-known teams practically functions as a 24/7 Team LH fan site, while Leclerc is barely mentioned. Of course, we understand that business is business, and now is the time for this, but somehow, this generates conflicting feelings in this person.

But, strictly speaking, Lewis Hamilton completed his first laps with Ferrari today, taking the SF23 onto the track, completing 30 laps. The Briton completed ten-lap stages, practiced starts, on different compounds, amid adverse weather conditions.

Next up was Charles Leclerc, who was no longer on slicks, completing his first "reconnaissance laps" on wet tires. Despite this, Charles was very much in his element, and he also delighted the large crowd gathered for Hamilton's debut with a little extra spectacle, which they naturally welcomed with enthusiasm... More to come soon, with serious work.
