After a four-week hiatus, the Formula 1 World Championship has finally returned, and in a prime location, in Austin, USA. So the final stretch begins!
Plus, it kicks off with a sprint weekend, which could add a lot of color to the championship finale. Add to this the fact that some parts of the Austin circuit have been resurfaced, and that many teams have received the latest updates for this year's cars, and it's easy to understand why this single free practice session is so short after so much time. Consequently, everyone tried to make the most of the available time, and judging by the times (13 cars within a second) and the frequent errors, one can conclude without a doubt: we're in for an exciting evening!
