Spoiler: It seems so. Let's not worry about the fact that with such a decision, F1 is once again a parody of itself; let's focus on the essentials.
It turns out we'll finally see a decision so idiotic that, paradoxically, it might even have its uses. The FIA recently announced on social media that it could consider reintroducing the once-popular V10 engines. At first, this all seemed like a crazy idea, as the series is preparing to base the coming years on the most modern hybrid engines running on synthetic fuels that will soon be introduced. However, Formula 1's consistency is such that yesterday they say one thing and today the opposite is true, and this is no different in the engine world. It's so true that we can practically assume that the next big rule change will feature the reintroduction of V10s. Nikolas Tombazis has already endorsed this in a statement, but if anyone can't see beyond his words, they should wait for the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend, or the announcement that follows.
